1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bh88 ("bh88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing access to and use of all services, products, features, and content provided through the bh88 website at bh88.im and any associated mobile web interfaces operated under the bh88 brand.

1.2 By accessing bh88.im, creating a registered account, or utilising any service made available on the bh88 platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus programmes — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

1.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

While bh88 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside bh88's reasonable control may result in temporary interruptions. bh88 shall not be liable to any player for loss or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned downtime.

2.2 Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on bh88 at any time. 4.8 Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details they provide for withdrawal are correct. bh88 shall not be liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account due to player-submitted errors.

4.9 bh88 reserves the right to request additional documentation from a player before processing any withdrawal where bh88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5.1 bh88 may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

5.2 Where an offer requires a qualifying deposit, the player must opt in to the promotion before making the qualifying deposit. Retroactive application of a bonus to a deposit that has already been processed is not available under any circumstances.

5.3 Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds awarded on bh88 are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. 5.7 Abuse of Bonuses: Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have their bonus entitlements voided. bh88 may suspend or permanently close accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse and may withhold associated balances pending investigation.

5.8 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the normal wagering completion process.

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on bh88 are final once confirmed by the system. Players should review all bet details carefully — including stake amount, selection, odds, and market — before confirming any wager. bh88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under the rules of a specific market or event.

6.2 Sports Betting: Odds on bh88 sports markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 7.2 You must not attempt to:

You must notify bh88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bh88 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where bh88 was not promptly notified.

7.4 Players must not make any defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive communications to bh88 staff or to other players through any platform channel, including live chat, email, or support tickets. bh88 reserves the right to terminate the accounts of players who engage in such conduct.

8.1 bh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice where bh88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

8.2 Grounds on which bh88 may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operation of more than one bh88 account;
• Use of the platform by a person under the age of 18;
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Suspected match-fixing, collusion, or corruption of sports markets;
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotional offers;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against bh88 by the player;
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bh88 staff or other players;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

8.3 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bh88 will make reasonable efforts to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the player within a reasonable timeframe. During an active investigation, deposits and withdrawals on the affected account will be placed on hold.

8.4 Where a player account is closed due to a breach of these Terms confirmed following investigation, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be voided and forfeited at bh88's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — including player-requested closure — any verified balance remaining will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.5 Player-Requested Closure: Players who wish to close their bh88 account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Players requesting self-exclusion may choose a cooling-off period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen period and bh88 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the excluded player from re-registering during the exclusion window.

8.6 These Terms, and any obligation of either party arising under them before the date of account closure, shall survive the closure of a player account.
